This is a quick birds-eye view of my first solo show at the Art Base Annex, and what a time it was.
Remix and editing by me.

It has been a bit to long since my last post, but my hands dirty, the ideas are flow and my message is strong. As anyone who works as an artist is always in flux be it by choice or not, I thrive on it.
Just finished this sculpture; vintage level, steel, Mylar
Crosses had to be built
The work is a commentary on faith, reflecting on the construction of a cross, echoed by a chalkboard finish to clearly state that you can write what exactly what you beliefs may be...
And a quick pic of my flight back from Bozeman
More to come,

It has been a busy summer: Art went a bit to the sidelines and my other occupation as a professional fly fishing guide took the front seat, but that does not mean that the art was on the back burner.
Today was a very big day.
First of all, it is benefit time and the Art Base is having there Gala event and local artist are donating 10"x10" piece of art that will be actioned that night. The theme of the event is "Name Unseen", My work which I tried to disquise but I find that I have somewhat of a distinct style...oh well.
Next on todays docket was also the installation of "257" at The Red Brick Center for the Arts for the 2016 Biennial
This is an invitational show in Aspen, Colorado. 50 artist from around Colorado will be featured in this show. I am honored to be part of this event.
And lastly, I am thrilled to be part of a gallery space in the heart of Aspen with 2 other talented artist, name yet to be assigned but Contemporary Temporary or ConTemp galley in short is on the table. Here is a selfie showing the space!
So in a nut shell, I am very pleased with the way things are going. Stay tuned!
