Show at the Red Brick!

This will be a short and sweet post. I am happy to announce that I am part of a group show at the Red Brick Arts Center in the beautiful town of Aspen, Colorado.

The theme of the show is Structure. As opposed to other artist police by of view, but like perimeters.

Here are a few pieces I am showing:

'Peepshow Dos'

The latest project on my bench is the other half of a sculptural diptych name Peep show. These are identical 50'-60's era circular saws that have been "classified" by their apperence even though they are completely identical. The concept is that the viewer needs to look closely, almost past the work.

This is the Peepshow

This is the other half of the 'dyptec' Peepshow Dos that I am currently working on.

Loving the way it's coming along. Be sure to comment, follow and share.

Thank you all for your support!

Art of Art

I have been working diligently on a number of new works for my upcoming solo show, Mechanical Love Stories, at the Art Base annex in Basalt, Colorado. I like to post on social media my current works in progress to keep those interested in my work updates and a visual progress report of my new works in sculpture and photography, it's great to get the feed back. Like this one I posted yesterday;

But today the coolest thing presented its self: an other artist saw my work and did his own rendition of the work above! I could not be more pleased.

How cool is that!
